シャルル＝ルイ・ド・モンテスキュー（Charles-Louis de Montesquieu、1689年1月18日 – 1755年2月10日）は、フランスの哲学者である。本名は、シャルル＝ルイ・ド・スゴンダ (Charles-Louis de Secondat, baron de la Brède et de Montesquieu) で、ラ・ブレード（フランス語版）とモンテスキュー (Montesquieu) を領地とする男爵 (baron) でもあった。
